In 2020 I embarked on a journey of self love and acceptance and a year later the change I noticed in my mindset and the way I viewed myself was amazing, I felt like the little girl I lost all those years ago when I became consumed by anxiety and body image! This new fire within me gave me the courage to start something new, something I love, enjoy and that reflects my journey and passion for helping others and thats when Ruby Allen Nutrition began.
