Join my 12 week programme, a programme that isn’t about how much weight you can lose or how much broccoli and chicken you can eat but a programme that guides you, teaches you and encourages you to become a healthier happier version of yourself, both mentally and physically. How? My programme will help you to create a lifestyle for yourself, one that you can maintain, rather than 6 week fad diets or restricting foods you enjoy and then giving up. I will help you to understand what you're eating, how nutrition works and that you don't need to restrict foods in order to be healthy you just need to balance them! A healthy lifestyle is more than just eating healthy and exercising .... Healthy lifestyle also consists of stress management, getting adequate amounts of sleep every night and overall being happy within your own skin and within your own mind. Why can I help you? If you're sick of fad diets, doing exercise you don't enjoy because someone told you it was good for you, fed up of feeling tired, lethargic, not enjoying the foods you eat and feeling like you're stuck in a rut then I am here to help!
